He kept in touch with me all the time and was all I ever could have asked for in a sales associate. He worked extremely hard to track down the best possible vehicle for me, and when it finally got to me, I could have almost cried because it was so beautiful. RECEIVED TOUR OF FACILITY! Grapevine Chrysler Jeep Dodge personal service was excellant-received tour of the facility while I waited for my rep. On Tues. AM i had to be dropped off at 6:45AM and was pleasantly surprised to find the doors open and people already working so I could stay indoors in the waiting area intil 7:00 am when I could pick up my vehicle.
